The GoGetMeal app provides users with the functionality to order food from restaurants listed within the app. Users can choose their preferred payment method, including cash on delivery. Additionally, users can log in, review, and rate their orders, restaurants, and delivery personnel.

We collect personal information from users who register and create an account on the app, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, delivery address, payment information, and any information provided in user reviews and ratings.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to facilitate food orders, process payments, improve our services, personalize user experience, communicate with users, analyze usage patterns, and enforce our terms of service.

The security of your data is important to us. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your GoGetMeal account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the GoGetMeal app.
  2. Go to your account settings.
  3. Find the option to delete your account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Upon confirming the deletion request, your GoGetMeal account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Information We Collect

We also operate a separate app for delivery personnel who are interested in delivering food orders through our platform. Delivery personnel can register as salaried employees or freelancers.

We collect personal information from delivery personnel who register and create an account on the delivery app, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number, bank account details (for salaried employees), payment information (for freelancers), and any information provided in their profiles.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to manage and facilitate food deliveries, process payments, improve our services, communicate with delivery personnel, analyze delivery patterns, and enforce our terms of service.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the personal information of our delivery personnel against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

when creating account for delivery we required information regarding its vehicle type and his proof id, driving licence.

After creation of delivery account we will manually approved account after verifying documents from backend.

Account Deletion

  1. Open the GoGetMeal Delivery app.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Find the option to delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

If delivery personnel wish to delete their accounts, they can do so directly from within the delivery app. Upon confirming the deletion request, their accounts and associated data will be permanently removed from our servers.
